Summary of Position: Teach courses in the Surveying Engineering program. Course assignments may be lectures or labs delivered in Big Rapids via face-to-face, blended or online. A focus on student success, office hours and use of current technology are expected.  
Position Type: Faculty - Temporary & Continuing  
Required Education: Qualification by Credential:
Master's degree or higher in discipline or closely related field and five years professional work experience.
Qualification by Tested Experience:
Bachelor's degree in discipline with a Professional Surveyors License and five years professional work experience.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered:    
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Meet established course outcomes. Plan, deliver and grade all course content and student work for assigned courses. Conduct all classes, labs or other assignments as directed in a professional manner. Attendance at organizational meetings of the program, school or college is highly recommended. Close consultation with program faculty, as well as training via university-provided programs (where appropriate). Maintain a minimum of one hour per week per course section for office hours to meet with students outside of class or lecture at a time convenient to the students.
