Summary of Position: |
Dining Services is seeking hard working individuals to join a team of professionals dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Several positions classified as part time continuing are available to assist in providing customer service support in all our retail locations such as Erbert & Gerbert’s, 2 Starbucks locations, Founder’s, The Market, and Bulldog Bites. Employee must be able to: interact with students, staff, and faculty; interact successfully with patrons; project a positive image; communicate effectively with others in a manner that demonstrates a desire to provide great customer service and reflects an awareness of the customers’ needs. |

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: |
Prior cashiering/retail/cash handling and food service experience is a plus. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to assist customers cheerfully. |

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
Greet our customers, scan ID cards, process cash and credit card transactions for patrons.
Ability to handle customer transactions, preparation of food/beverages as needed and other retail duties in our retail locations.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the position.
Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members.
Any other duties assigned within the position classification area. |
