Summary of Position: Are you pursuing a career in pharmacy and are interested in community health? If so, this position allows you to do services and research for this field.  
Position Requirements: *Enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy program
*Possess a pharmacy intern license, MTM, immunization, and point of care certification is desirable		  
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Review medical records and data sets to apply their unique knowledge set to evaluate medication use
*Conduct medication therapy management services
*Conduct patient interviews
*Develop patient care plans
*Assess the appropriateness of medication therapies for given patients
