| Full-time, 12-month tenure-track faculty position. The successful applicant will assume duties in patient care and teaching in the clinic, classroom, and laboratories. The faculty member will be expected to develop in the areas of patient care, teaching/advising, scholarly/professional activities, and service. Faculty members also have professional responsibilities which may include advising graduate professional students, participation in university and professional committees, keeping regular posted office hours (which are scheduled at times convenient for students), and participation in traditional functions which have academic significance. Faculty members may be required to teach off-campus. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's campuses. | Represent the Ferris State University Charter Schools Office (FSU-CSO) to public school academies authorized by Ferris State University’s Board of Trustees. Field Representative(s) will attend academy Board of Directors meetings, visit and observe academy classrooms and administrative operations, and submit written reports to the Charter Schools Office for assigned schools (Bridge Academy, Pillars Academy, Learn4Life - Pontiac, and a possible academy in the Grand Rapids, MI, area.) The position reports to the Big Rapids CSO office. Additionally, it is expected that, throughout your work, you will need to travel and support our efforts in promoting the statewide FSU student success hubs, dual enrollment opportunities, and building bridges between the charter schools you are supporting and Ferris to increase Ferris enrollment.
