Summary of Position: Do you have experience in Clerical General Level I? If so, this position of Clerical General Level II may be your opportunity to continue growing your knowledge in the office setting.  
Position Requirements: *Previous experience in an office setting
*Are knowledgeable in necessary computer operations and office policies and procedures
*Have knowledge in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel		  
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Supervise other student employees within a given area
*Answering the phone, data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
*Manual assembly
*Tours
*Assisting faculty and patrons
*Research
