| Perform custodial duties independently or within a team environment as assigned, providing a high standard of cleanliness. This position hours are S-Th 10:30p.m. – 7:00a.m. May require availability to work other shifts, weekends and evenings, including overtime and responding to emergency calls. If required by job duties, employee must be able to fulfill the University requirements concerning issuance and use of University keys. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Custodial/Janitorial work experience in a commercial-hospital-school environment, in a commercial cleaning service, or completion of the Ferris State University JANUS (custodial) training. Demonstrated experience with correct operation of a variety of commercial custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaner, automatic scrubber, high speed burnisher, single disc scrubber, carpet extraction/shampoo equipment or other essential or similar custodial equipment. |

Assistant Men's Basketball Coach

Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Two years of coaching experience at a collegiate or high school level. Experience with player development. |

| Perform skilled trades work in installing, inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and/or electrical wiring, equipment and devices of any voltage as required to maintain the function and operation of the University. This is an electrician position that will normally work M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Valid State of Michigan Journeyman Electrical License. Valid driver’s license. No Minimum years of experience required other than the requirement to possess a Journeyman electrical license. |

| Perform skilled trades work in assembling, repairing, and installing various plumbing systems including hot water systems under high or low pressure. Repair and maintenance of gas fired appliances. Normal working hours for this position are anticipated to be M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Will be required to be on-call. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Valid State of Michigan Journeyman Plumber License. Valid driver’s license. No additional work experience needed beyond what is required to possess a Journeyman Plumber license. |
