| This position serves in a support role for a grant-funded project which amplifies current Substance Use Disorder and Opioid Use Disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts in the five-county area of Lake, Mecosta, Montcalm, Newaygo, and Osceola, in the building of a regional Recovery Ecosystem. This position reports directly to the Project Director and the Network Director. A grant-funded position, this temporary position is funded through June 30, 2027. |

Tour Guide (Student Position)

| Do you enjoy public speaking and answering questions? If so, becoming a tour guide allows you to do just that, with a flexible schedule. Tour Guides will give walking tours of campus, escort groups to and from various campus locations, and share their love of Ferris to prospective students that are coming to visit in a large group from schools or organizations. Based on semester, Tour Guides will also have a role with the Crimson and Gold program and Orientation. |

| The Director of Labor Relations leads the university's strategy regarding unionized employees, acting as the primary negotiator and liaison with labor unions. They are responsible for collective bargaining, administering labor contracts, managing grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws (e.g., state laws), and maintaining positive labor-management partnerships. Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in labor relations, human resources, business, or a related field. Five years professional work experience in the field of labor relations. Must have experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements as the chief/assistant spokesperson and preparing for arbitrations. Must have demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. |

| Perform skilled trades work in assembling, repairing, and installing various plumbing systems including hot water systems under high or low pressure. Repair and maintenance of gas fired appliances. Normal working hours for this position are anticipated to be M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Will be required to be on-call. Required: High school diploma or GED equivalency. Valid State of Michigan Journeyman Plumber License. Valid driver's license. No additional work experience needed beyond what is required to obtain a Journeyman Plumber license. |
