Summary of Position: Being a Disbursement Assistant means you will be working with part of the Finance group to monitor and maintain the University card program and work in SAP Concur. You will also be assisting the Accounts Payable team with organizing invoices, data entry, and help get checks out the door on Fridays.  
Position Requirements: *Must be available to work summers
*Should be self-driven and capable of working on their own with minimal supervision
*Must have customer service skills, be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs, and display proper etiquette and communication		  
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Answering phones
*Data entry
*Filing
*Scheduling meetings
*Researching
*Coordinating training sessions
*Daily card program maintenance
*Troubleshooting customer issues
*Preparing communications to campus and cardholders
