| Summary of Position: |
The Facility Manager Assistant will assist with support functions of our integrated workplace management system Planon. |
|
| Position Requirements: |
*Must have strong communication and customer service skills
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft
*Work experience/academic background in Facility Management is preferred
*As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies. The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check. |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
*Set-up of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system assets
*Creation of preventative maintenance schedule for assets
*Update/create user training guides for both Campus and Physical Plant dealing with the various modules of Planon |
