The Desk Services Assistant (DSA) is a part-time student staff member of the Office of Housing and Residence Life. The DSA must live on campus and is preferred to live in the community in which they live. They work at the front desk of the building in which they live, or the front desk of the Office of Housing and Residence Life.

The College of Arts Sciences and Education at Ferris State University seeks a diverse group of outstanding applicants for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor position. Specifically, a writing generalist with expertise in integrating digital media tools with writing instruction, including multimodal composition and/or digital storytelling, to teach a variety of upper- and lower-level writing courses. Candidates with additional expertise in foundational/developmental writing, linguistics, or Spanish language are especially encouraged to apply. Teaching may include undergraduate and graduate courses. Candidates are expected to foster a meaningful learning experience for our students, faculty are expected to be student-oriented, advise, and integrate current technology into the learning environment. The Payroll Operations Associate is responsible for the biweekly completion of the payroll cycle for 3000+ hourly and salaried employees. The position will monitor assigned payroll activities and program components essential for effective departmental functioning. The Department of Construction Technology & Management invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor Level. Primary responsibilities include teaching and advising students in a four-year BS Construction Management program (accredited by the American Council for Construction Education – ACCE) and in two separate two-year AAS programs – Building Construction Technology and Civil Engineering Technology.
