IT Service Desk Specialist 2	Big Rapids, MI 49307
The IT Service Desk Specialist 2 provides daily operational support to the ITS Call Center and is primarily responsible for overseeing student employees assigned to the Call Center. The position provides hands-on training, daily work direction, coaching, task assignment, and operational oversight to ensure student employees consistently provide timely, professional, and effective technology support to the University community. The IT Service Desk Specialist 2 provides daily operational support to the ITS Call Center and is primarily responsible for overseeing student employees assigned to the Call Center.
