Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
Create and monitor on-going business plans to guide center operations in accordance with all regulatory agencies Prepare and monitor operating budget and approval all departmental all expenditures and revenue Research, develop, and submit grant proposals Interview, select, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff Provide in-service training and/or professional development as required through regulatory agencies In cooperation with University Advancement and Marketing, develop marketing strategies, news releases and social media presence Ensure all programs meet all health and safety regulations Develop program admission, attendance, and scheduling policies Research, develop, and implement program curriculum Oversee all center-wide grant activities Lead a program committed to embrace cultural and diverse backgrounds Coordinate early learning lab practices with various campus-based programs Reports directly to the Executive Director of Auxiliary Services Perform any other duties assigned within the position classification area. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members. |

Represent the Early Learning Center and Ferris State University on various board and committee projects |
