| Summary of Position: |
The Purchasing Assistant provides key support with the daily operations of the Purchasing Department. This position will interact with clients from around campus, assist with setting up vendors and maintaining vendor records in our ERP system, monitor the department email and add update portal, scan and file important documents, and assist with special projects to help the Purchasing Department achieve its strategic goals. |

*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
*Responsible, self-motivated, and detail oriented
*Able to work independently with little supervision
