| There’s always something new happening in the KCAD Galleries! Assistants applying for the position should be ready for a new adventure every day and be willing to become proficient in a variety of skills that can broaden and enhance your career goals. You are the face of the Galleries and the first person our visitors meet. You’ll need to be comfortable engaging with others and promoting current and upcoming exhibitions. You’ll learn about our artists/designers and exhibits, how to repair and prepare gallery spaces, physically handle and install a variety of work, and learn all of the behind-the-scenes tricks of the trade that go into every one of our exhibitions. |

including: clarifying course concepts, incorporating study skills, generating notes from
course lecture/lab, preparing workshop materials, meetings with course faculty, meetings
with the Program Coordinator, adhering to program policies, and keeping appropriate
workshop records as instructed. |
