Primary responsibilities include; preparing and delivering courses, utilizing effective methods that ensure that all course outcomes are met, and delivering courses in both a classroom and an on-line format. To coordinate and provide oversight in the University's comprehensive NCAA compliance program. The position will oversee monitoring documentation of all compliance activities as required by NCAA, GLIAC, CCHA and Ferris State University for institutional control measures. The position shall be responsible for record keeping, rules interpretations, rules education and will serve as the primary interface with FSU's Associate Registrar on all NCAA eligibility concerns and its Athletic Financial Aid Officer. Ferris State University is seeking a well-qualified and experienced applicant for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position to serve within the School of Criminal Justice. The responsibilities will include teaching courses in the School of Criminal Justice program both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, the prospective faculty member will collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, perform academic advising, and serve on various levels of committee support of the University, College and Department.
