*Provide customer support in computer hardware and software for faculty, students and staff
*Working with faculty, students and staff to solve computer related issues
*Software installation and updates
*Cleaning computer hardware
*Keeping printers fully supplied (paper, toner/ink)
*Answering tech phones and messages, and emails |
