Teaching online and in-person primarily in the MSW program with opportunities to teach BSW curriculum in Big Rapids and Traverse City and other potential sites in Michigan. Courses are to be taught in person on one of Ferris State University's Campuses. The candidate(s) selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment and will perform duties at a Ferris site. While supporting and encouraging research, Ferris State University is primarily a teaching university. We encourage applicants with substantial clinical experience who are interested in teaching and mentoring our next generation of social workers. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellence in teaching, the ability to work effectively with both faculty colleagues and diverse student populations, and participation in other department/college and University academic activities. Director of Accessibility & Disability Services

Reporting to the Dean, the Director of Accessibility and Disability Services is responsible for supporting and coordinating tasks that pertain to students with identified disabilities and assisting those initiatives meant to advance accessibility at Ferris State University. A key responsibility is working directly with students who are seeking accommodations, undertaking initial student meetings, and serving as a case manager for those registered with the Disability and Accessibility Resource Center (DARC). The Director serves as the University ADA/504 coordinator and works collaboratively with Educational Counselors, General Counsel, other university partners and external service providers to manage DARC's support services, including testing accommodations, assistance technologies, educational programming, student and faculty/staff orientation, student and staff consultations, accommodation appeals and processes concerning student accommodations. The position requires working with students, faculty and staff, to ensure policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines are recommended, implemented and maintained. This is a 12-month, administrative position reporting to the Dean. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a competitive benefits package. The Title IX Administrator (Coordinator) reports to the Dean of Student Life and has the primary responsibility of coordinating and implementing the University’s compliance efforts with Title IX, working closely with the Vice President of Student Affairs, Associate Chief Human Resources Officer, Director of Equal Opportunity, General Counsel, and other administrative leaders, and has no other duties that create a conflict of interest. The Title IX Coordinator leads and proactively influences University-wide Title IX planning, monitoring, reporting, grievance procedures, education, prevention, and training efforts. Under the direction of the Director of Charter Schools, the Associate Director of Charter Schools will provide leadership and administrative support to advance Ferris State University’s goals related to its charter school authorizing responsibilities. This full-time, in-person position, based on the Big Rapids campus, is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the academic and contractual performance of the University’s 23 authorized public-school academies. The Associate Director will collaborate with Charter Schools Office (CSO) staff to establish academic performance goals, develop assessment and monitoring strategies, and implement data-driven reporting methods to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for coordinating reporting processes aligned with state and national accreditation requirements. The role also includes regular in-state travel to meet with academy leadership, support student success initiatives, promote dual enrollment opportunities, and strengthen partnerships that connect charter schools with Ferris to help increase university enrollment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including school leaders, boards, and community members. The Director of Grand Rapids Operations provides administrative leadership for the Extended and International Operations (EIO) activities in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the surrounding area.
