Assists the University College Dean's Office with various daily administrative tasks and special projects. Applicants should have previous MS Office experience and the ability to work independently or with limited supervision, completing tasks or projects on time and according to guidelines set forth by the Dean's Office. |

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two semesters previous experience in an office environment and possess knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills. Other duties and special projects may be assigned as necessary. Must be willing to learn additional software such as Banner, Navigate, Faculty Success, SpringShare, Planon, and other titles as necessary. Additional experience in accounting is preferred. Successful candidates will have the ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
*Assisting the University College Dean's Office with various daily administrative tasks and projects for both University College and the FLITE Library. *General office duties including data entry, filing, word processing, scanning, email, and photocopying. *Perform minor accounting functions as directed. *Pull copier usage reports for FLITE and University College, and prepare charge-back reports for individual departments. *Assist University College and FLITE faculty & staff with data entry into the Faculty Success platform. *Conduct research as necessary for special projects. *Review and approve room reservation requests for the FLITE Library, ensuring room use is in compliance with FLITE's room usage policies. *Assist with maintaining the office supply inventory. *Replace paper, toners, etc. at copier locations throughout FLITE and University College. *Perform all duties in compliance with university polices and procedures including FERPA. |
