Teach undergraduate economics courses in multiple delivery methods that may include face-to-face, on-line, and a hybrid/mixed delivery format. Candidates must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence. The College of Business is dedicated to providing a learning experience for its students that instills knowledge, competencies, and skills for entry level positions and job advancement in their chosen careers. To facilitate this, faculty are expected to be student oriented and able to integrate current technology into the learning environment. Office hours are required, one office hour per week for each course taught. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience teaching or coaching in the management industry is preferred. To enhance the relevance and currency of the instruction, current management practitioners are preferred. This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis. This posting is being used for face to face and/or online instruction. Join our team in the College of Business at Ferris State University to shape future graphic designers, user experience/user interface (ux/ui) designers, and brand identity designers. Candidates will demonstrate: expertise in visual design, design principles, typography, and creative concept development; familiarity with design research methods and user-centered design principles; evidence of contemporary industry practice within the last 5 years; and effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. The College of Engineering Technology is seeking adjunct instructors to teach Heavy Equipment courses. This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis. This posting is being used for face to face and/or online instruction. Required: Qualification by Credential: Master's Degree in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline OR a Master's degree and 18 graduate hours in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engineering or related discipline. Qualification by Tested Experience: Bachelor's degree in Heavy Equipment Service Engineering Technology or Equivalent degree. Minimum of three years full-time experience in the Heavy Equipment Service field or teaching in a Heavy Equipment related setting, within the previous five years.
