The Assistant Manager assists the Manager with day-to-day operations of the campus store, including the administration of the textbook and course material ordering program offered in partnership with the contracted online textbook partner. The Assistant Manager assists in the administration of operational policies, procedures and processes along with merchandise receiving, data entry, merchandising, and the stocking of products. This position assists with the training and supervision of student and part-time staff and is responsible for all store activities in the absence of the Campus Store Manager.

The Coordinator of Pre-College Programs reports directly to the Director of Multicultural Student Services and will have the duties and responsibilities of organizing activities associated with the MI GEAR UP/KCP College Day Program. This is a grant funded position that is reviewed annually with the possibility of renewal contingent upon continued grant funding and successful performance up to 7 years. The position will include considerable travel to designated schools within Michigan to implement programs and activities designed to increase awareness to students and their parents about the importance of going to college as outlined in the MI GEAR UP contract including awareness of financial assistance, and improving academic support including mentoring, counseling, outreach, support services, and scholarships for underserved K-12 and college age students.

Adjunct Instructor 1 - Mechanical Fluid Power with Controls Big Rapids, MI 49307
Adjunct Instructor 1 - Mechanical Fluid Power with Controls – Ferris State University. Candidate should have real-world experience with the design, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems that use ladder logic or similar control systems. The primary topics in the course include pumps, (cylinders and motors), motors, and control valves (pressure, flow and directional). Required: BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related Engineering or Engineering Technology required. Other BS with industrial certification in fluid power (hydraulic or pneumatic) will be considered. Five years of prior work experience in Mechanical Engineering Technology or closely related field.
Part-Time PRN Big Rapids, MI 49307
Licensed RN to provide responsible care following the nursing process in a primary care setting to traditional college-aged population. Duties to include patient vitals, medication administration, phlebotomy, patient education and assisting providers with minor procedures. It could also include duties related to COVID-19. This position is a part-time temporary position. The schedule may not be consistent and may appear more like a PRN model.
