Assist in planning and organizing all phases of a NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program, including, but not limited to the following: recruiting, developing each student-athlete on and off the court, game preparation, hiring work study employees, fundraising, community involvement, and coordinator of summer camps and clinics. Build relationships with AAU/High School Coaches/Programs in and out of the state of Michigan. Must be organized and able to adjust in a quick changing environment. Men's/Women's Assistant Tennis Coach Big Rapids, MI 49307
The Assistant Tennis Coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of planning, organizing and supervising a highly competitive NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Tennis program. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and energy. Also, must be committed to the Ferris State University Athletic Department's vison and core values of collaboration, diversity, ethical community, excellence, learning and opportunity. This is a nine-month position from September 1st to May 30th that will work approximately 22 hours a week. Required: Bachelor’s degree. At least two years of intercollegiate playing experience, or coaching collegiate tennis or high school tennis.

Director of Multicultural Student Services Big Rapids, MI 49307
The Director of the Office of Multicultural Student Services will oversee/supervise the activities of the Office of Multicultural Student Services (OMSS), working closely with students, administrators, faculty, and staff across the institution to contribute to promoting a welcoming and inclusive campus environment. The Director and their staff serve as crucial resources and champions across the University to support the personal development and academic success of students of color and other historically marginalized and underrepresented students. The Director will lead in the development of programs, services, and strategic initiatives that focus on increasing access, persistence, retention, and success of historically marginalized and underrepresented students. In addition, the Director will manage all grants that the OMSS oversees, including but not limited to GEAR UP, KCP Visiting Professor, and KCP Future Faculty Fellowship Program. The Director will actively contribute to division initiatives and programs. Required: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Progressively responsible work experience and a minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience working in roles, including experience as a Coordinator, Director, Associate/Assistant Director within higher education, or any other position with significant contact with and supporting marginalized and underrepresented individuals.
