Minimum of two years of university or college-level teaching experience beyond teaching assistantships. Under the supervision of the Manager of Enrollment Technical Services (or designee), the position will be responsible for configuration, maintenance, testing, and support of the CRM platform to successfully meet university enrollment goals. This also includes serving as the liaison with campus constituents, forming relationships and expanding the use of the current CRM. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management or related field. Experience in data analytics, report writing and data hygiene.
